Return policy

At Norma Design, we are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the return process and policy below.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — even if the product has been tried.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and all parts must be complete.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kontakt@norma-design.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our products.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods). Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns After 30 Days:
We are unable to accept returns that are sent back after 30 days.

Damages, Errors & Claims:
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something went wrong, we’ll help right away.

  • Wrong product or size: Contact us within 48 hours at kontakt@norma-design.com, and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.

  • Damaged or defective product: Contact us within 24 hours with photo or video evidence. Once the claim is approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.

  • Issues reported later than 30 days: For defects reported after 30 days, we offer a replacement but not a refund.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a product for another variant or color, contact us at kontakt@norma-design.com. Once we have received and approved the return, you can place a new order. An exchange shipping fee of 6 EUR applies.

Return Denial:
Norma Design reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. Items returned after the eligible period may also be declined. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided via our returns process will not be accepted.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
We work quickly to prepare your order for shipment, sometimes within just a couple of hours. Because of this, changes are not always possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within approximately 2–3 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to help, provided your order has not yet left our warehouse. To avoid issues, please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming your purchase.

Warranty:
In addition to your statutory rights under consumer law, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Functional faults not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or lack of maintenance

  • Modifications to the product

How the warranty works:
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, please contact us at kontakt@norma-design.com with your order number and a description of the issue (preferably with photos or video).

We will then either:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with a new one, or

  • Refund the purchase price if neither of the above is possible.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.
